How do I sign up for the Unlimited Club?
You can sign up for the unlimited wash club online or at one of our Super Duck locations.
When will I be billed for my membership?
You will be billed on the anniversary date of the purchase.
What happens if I get a new license plate or a new vehicle?
You can speak to an employee at one of our locations to change this information in our files.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your membership online under Manage Membership.
What happens when I cancel my unlimited plan?
You will no longer be billed for your membership when you cancel, and you can still use your plan through to the end of your payment period.
Are the vacuums free to use?
The vacuums are free to use with the purchase of any wash.
Do you have a rain policy?
Yes, any package of $20 or more will receive a $10 Super Tire Wash within 48 hours with a receipt as proof of purchase.
How often can I wash?
Super Club Members can wash unlimited! Whenever you want, as often as you want, all month long.
Can I use my membership on more than one vehicle?
Unfortunately it is only one vehicle per plan, but we do have a family plan option! Start saving today!
